What We Offer:

Our Self-Care Spa Services are a guided, Self Administered Self-Care Experience, the ultimate in personalized relaxation with all of our Self-Care Spa Services. With this unique approach of guiding you every step of the way, its method teaches how to create your own rejuvenating spa moments, so you’re able to get the most value out of your efforts and products at home.We do all the set-up and guide you through your Self-Care Spa Experience. We utilize teaching concepts so you know how to use our products to their fullest potential, which gives you the benefits to maximize their effectiveness at home. We create a relaxed and welcoming environment for you to have the opportunity to learn techniques for your own Self-Care Experience, whether you want a more detailed approach or simplicity.

Additionally, Essential Apothecaries and its Brands offers other products and services, such as branded skincare, formulated and manufactured onsite, custom consultations, custom blends and formulas, aromatherapy, herbs, tinctures and other consumables and/or reusable products. We offer Self-Care, Skin Education, Aromatherapy, Herbal and Nutrition informative classes led by Skincare Formulators, Licensed Estheticians, Corneotherapists, Aromatherapists, Herbalists and Coaches specializing in their field.

for assistance. Our services are only available by booking an appointment, and currently do not offer walk-in appointments.

In the Event of Emergencies:
To include natural disasters or emergency services that are beyond our control, which causes Essential Apothecaries and its Brands to be closed for operation, are as follows: Any client that has a booked appointment or reservation will be notified as soon as possible, and rescheduled at the earliest opportunity. Under these particular circumstances, (Event of Emergencies) Essential Apothecaries and its Brands will also provide clients a refund, depending upon your specific appointment, service and contractual obligations with Essential Apothecaries and its Brands, such as, but not limited to, custom services.

Cancellations:

All services are pre-paid at time of booking. Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day (24 Hours) in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. For any appointment cancellations outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a full refund will be given for your paid services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee; resulting in forfeiture of 50% of your service fee with a minimum of $25. For any cancellations within 24 hours of your booked appointment, you MUST call or text (858) 333-7557 to avoid a No-Show Fee.

NO-SHOW Appointments: If you fail to show up for your booked appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and NO REFUND will be given for your scheduled services. No-Show reservations are charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. We understand that things can come up and communication is key. Please call or text (858) 333-7557 if you think you will be late or miss your scheduled appointment.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, complete any consent forms, and receive an offered beverage of medical grade antioxidant water, or your choice of a selection of herbal teas.

Late Arrivals: To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 10 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients, however, we can only do what we can with the time available. Please call or text (858) 333-7557 if you think you will be late or miss your scheduled appointment. This will help avoid a No-Show fee.

Gratuities: For your convenience Essential Apothecaries and its Brands accepts cash gratuities at time of service.

Guests and Children of Our Clients: Essential Apothecaries and its Brands appreciates and respects family. Unfortunately, due to maximum capacity and fire code regulations, guests that are not booked for a service, (including children), will not be able to be accommodated during your appointment time. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment being canceled and fees forfeited. However, any products that come with purchased services will be sent home with you.

For safety, children under 12 years old will not be able to be booked for services. Children aged 12-15 years old will require an adult to book for their services, and be present during the service and appointment time. We do not allow children 12+ years old to be on the premises without a parent, guardian or adult (18 years and older). Satisfaction: Essential Apothecaries and its Brands stands firmly behind all of its Self-Care Spa Services. If ffor any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please inform the Self-Care Spa Services Provider before leaving your appointment, so we can remedy the situation.

Allergies and Reactions: All skin reacts differently. While we take the utmost care to make sure that all of our Self-Care Spa Services are safe for anyone who uses them, sometimes unknown reactions can occur. You agree at time of booking that Essential Apothecaries and its Brands will not be held liable for any adverse reaction to our products or Self-Care Spa Services. If you have any known allergies, it is your responsibility to make sure that you disclose any allergies or allergic reactions you have, and/or have experienced in the past with ingredients. We believe to err on the side of caution, and if there is any possibility there will be any type of reaction, we recommend that you not use our product(s).

Essential Apothecaries and its Brands will always provide a full list of ingredients. In regard to proprietary blends, we will discuss openly with you those ingredients surrounding any type of allergy you may have.

Payment: Essential Apothecaries and its Brands Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns or Refunds: Due to the unique experience of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work to ensure you are satisfied and hear your concerns. Essential Apothecaries and its Brands proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased from Essential Apothecaries and its Brands, we will gladly apply the value of the purchased price of returned product to another product of your choice, if returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Custom blends have their own contractual obligations that Essential Apothecaries and its Brands adhere, and are separate from these agreements. All Sales of hair brushes, facial and body brushes, and hair and/or skin accessories, (face type scrubbers, towels, headbands, turbans, face tools, castor oil packs, etc,) are all final sale. No returns and no exchanges.

Custom Formulas/Formulations: All custom ordered formulas and/or formulations made specifically for you are the intellectual property of Essential Apothecaries and its Brands. Formulations are not shared or disclosed outside of a list of ingredients. Proprietary blend ingredients are not disclosed in writing.
