Essential Apothecaries is the foundation of true wellness. The focus is root cause, and working towards healing from that place. Essential Apothecaries offers the modalities of health, personal care, quality nutrition from a functional perspective, general physical well-being, aromatherapy, herbology, and custom formulations, among others.

Essential Apothecaries takes the approach of aligned health, focusing on the cause, with intended benefits of an effective outcome. When we know how and where the issue(s) stem from, we can better manage health, wellness and vitality.

Essential Apothecaries, together with our client, create programs and solutions, helping people stay above the line of wellness; with preventative measures, and information that is available in bite sized pieces. We focus on taking from all 4 pillars of health; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. They are all tied synergistically together, and it is how we were designed by our Creator. If one of the four pillars is out of balance, it throws off the whole body. Our recommendations are self-paced. Healing takes time, and with proper care of your body, the emotional state of your heart, and spirit, we can help guide you on your path. If you are suffering from a physical illness, while that takes priority, it can also be linked to one of the other pillars. Unresolved trauma, heart wounds, anxiety, grief, life changes and more, can all result in physical illness.

While each person and their health are individual and unique, we also cannot legally make any guarantees. What we can do is address your lifestyle and daily nutrition, to see what basic needs may need to be met first. We also look at sleep patterns, daily work life, exercise, habits and other factors. Then, we discuss health concerns, current and past treatments you have had, or are presently undergoing. While our focus is holistic wellness, we do believe it is a good practice to include your primary provider in the knowing. How you choose to do the work to improve your health is up to you. Together, we can make a plan with goals that you agree are attainable. We provide support, guidance, help to answer questions, and offer tools to aid in creating a successful outcome.

Regarding the Legalities: At Essential Apothecaries, we are not doctors, and this service is not meant to replace your own medical care, or to treat, diagnose or cure any illness. We are health and life coaches, Holistic Health Practitioners, that may carry other specialized modalities, certifications and licensures; however, we cannot provide any medical treatments requiring a physician’s order, or legally give medical advice. We can, though, assist you in having informed conversations with your primary medical provider.

We do focus on root cause wellness and providing you with tools to reach your desired outcome in coaching, that align with your personal health goals. We are capable of helping to create a plan that works for you.

Essential Apothecaries is specifically designed at this time as a coaching service. None of our coaches, practitioners or team, prescribe medication or diagnose, therefore, we will refer you back to your primary medical provider for any medical advice or medical treatments.

As Essential Apothecaries grows, we will be offering more in the area of holistic, functional and integrative medicine by licensed MDs, NDs, NPs, nursing, therapeutic and support staff, along with several other services. At this time, we do not have healthcare providers that are licensed in the scope of practice to diagnose medical conditions or offer specific medical treatments.
